Camp Happy Days (CHD), a local South Carolina nonprofit, will host a special event at 7pm on Thursday, February 16 to benefit children battling cancer and their families. Corks For Kids will be an evening filled with wine, hors d’oeuvres, music and Lowcountry art at the Cooper River Room in Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. Tickets for the event are $125 per person.

While being serenaded by jazz music, guests can view and bid on a number of fine art pieces donated by local artists.  Pieces include work by; Alicia Colella, Sarah Dowling, Phyllis Leventis, Anne Darby Parker, Elizabeth Ann Bradley, Ginny Versteegen, Jennifer Black, Lorrie Meryman, Mila Garro, Becky Taylor, Deborah Palmer, Deane Bowers and Mark Horton.

Corks for Kids begins at 7pm. Tickets are $125 per person. Several sponsorship opportunities are also available.
