The City of North Charleston is once again hosting the July 4th celebration at the Riverfront Park (1001 Everglades Ave.) on July 4, 2018 from 3:00 PM – 9:45 PM. This year’s event features exciting musical guests, children's activities, food trucks, craft vendors, and the Lowcountry's largest 4th of July fireworks show.
The Festival is presented FREE of charge to the public with all general admission for attendees. Guests attending the Festival are invited to bring lawn chairs and blankets, as there is no seating provided. Food trucks and ATMs will be widely available. Children's activities are available free of charge, including inflatable jump castles, games, the play area, the giant sandbox, and the water fountain.
Parking:
Plan to shuttle. All parking will be offsite from the park and will require a short shuttle ride. Walking, biking, carpooling, and ridesharing is encouraged.
New for this year's festival:
• NO entry into the park until 3:00 pm
• All entry through the front gates off of Everglades Avenue
• All bags will be searched
• NO grills allowed in the park during the festival
